Jacksonville Dogo Yoga Day
"Join us for the Jacksonville Dogo Yoga Day! We will be hosting a day where you can bring your dog and friends to a yoga session to do yoga that is specifically designed for you and your dog! This event is to increase the bond between you and your pup alongside being able to meet other puppies and dog owners in the community."

Dog On the Loose
4 year old pug named Missy is currently missing. Owners say she was last seen by her home near the University of jacksonville 3 days ago. If you see any pug with a pink collar and chipped ear, please call our shelter or the owners to help her reach her family that are worried about her.
Celebrating National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day
On April 30th, we are celebrating national adopt a shelter pet day! At all of our locations alongside other shelters will be doing fun activities to celebrate this event. This includes letting you pet all of our pups and giving discounts for adoptions. Feel free to join us at any location since this is a holiday that you should not miss!
Local Dog Saver
Recently, on the 14th of April, a dog owner accidently lost their pup and it was later found towards the top of a decently high tree. A concerned local firefighter saw the owner worried about her pup and the local firefighter decided to climb the tree and rescure the pup. Luckily no pup or person was injured and the owner thanked the firefighter numerous times.
